The Sindh Digital Media Forum (SDMF) is a youth-centric initiative committed to promoting digital literacy, ethical media practices, and civic awareness across Sindh. We believe that informed and responsible youth can transform the digital landscape by championing truth, unity, and positive digital engagement.
Our Mission
To empower students in Sindh with the knowledge and tools to navigate the digital world responsibly — by countering disinformation, fostering fact-checking habits, and advocating for digital responsibility and media ethics.

What We Do
- Youth Empowerment & Ambassadors Program
We nominate and train students from colleges to become Digital Media Ambassadors who lead awareness initiatives, seminars, and peer campaigns. Digital Literacy & Cyber Ethics Training
Workshops and modules designed to teach safe online behavior, respectful online discourse, data privacy, and digital etiquette.Counter Disinformation & Fake-News Awareness
Promoting tools and techniques such as fact-checking, source validation, and media verification to challenge misinformation.Cybersecurity Awareness
Educating youth on secure online practices, password hygiene, phishing awareness, and safe digital habits.Community & Civic Digital Campaigns
Encouraging youth to use social media and digital platforms for public service announcements — on health, cleanliness, women & child rights, civic sense, and environment.
Our Reach & Impact
Since its inception, SDMF has organised seminars in government and private colleges across Sindh, reaching thousands of students and teachers. We’ve nominated hundreds of Digital Media Ambassadors, supported community campaigns, and created resources to strengthen digital responsibility throughout the province.
